DTN Closing Livestock Comment 11/29 15:53
Cattle Momentum Continues Through Friday's Close
Even though traders were lightheartedly engaged in Friday's market, the cash
cattle market's support earlier this week helped keep both the live cattle and
feeder cattle contracts higher through the day's end.

GENERAL COMMENTS:
It was a typical, post-holiday trading day as the market wandered through
the day's closing bell not seeing a whole lot of action one way or another. The
cattle complex was able to continue to trade higher thanks to the cash cattle
market's continued support, but the lean hog contracts showed signs of
exhaustion and closed lower. March corn is up 5 cents per bushel and January
soybean meal is down $3.50. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is up 188.59 points
